Enemy mg42 trouble

Hi all.... can any1 help me ive tried the spotlight gunner and the enemy spawner with spotter tuts.But cant get the ai to shoot the mgs just stand at the gun inactive.For both tuts ive tried addin the mgactive.scr to my .scr file but with no success.Thanks

I'm not good with ai, but don't you need to turn the guy on?

$mygunner exec global/enableai.scr

Or for that active one.

$mygunner exec global/mg42_active.scr
