where to place globals

Where oh where do i place my happy new global file for my map... just make a global folder in the moddir?

If you mean script file for your map it goes in the same folder as your bsp....same as the old series.

and i place global files where? (say a mod of stand.scr and put it in a global folder... how would i go about doing that.. make a global folder in the moddir/[modname]???

I'll have to check when I get home about the global folder. You could always look in the rez files to see the file structure.

Looks like you may have to make a pk3 file thats simply the global folder with the script inside.

Then configure your mod in the MDK in the configure mod section by clicking add/remove pak files. This means the MDK will know that this pak file needs to be used with this
mod. I think the pk3 file has to be in your mod folder thats in the moddir folder for it to show up.

Give that a try.

Also simply try adding a global folder to your mod folder thats in the moddir folder.
