No sounds until after round start

I have made a tow map and the only thing wrong with it is some sound.
None of the custom sounds i have done work UNTIL the next round i.e after everyone is killed and the next round starts.Then all the sounds start working!??
This has bugged me from the start of the map,this is what i have...
main:
local.master = spawn ScriptMaster
local.master aliascache snd_rockme sound/amb/rocket.wav soundparms 1.0 0.2 1.0 0.2 200 12000 auto loaded maps "obj dm"
(obviously this is at the start of the scripting,then its just standard tow stuff),then at the end of the script i put this
$rocket_speaker playsound snd_rockme
