.Map :: MoHAA Mapping

is too long, i've had this prob since the forums got back up but just now, it realy got to me.

i posted, read 2 topics (with about 3-6 posts in them each), thought up and wrote a reply, and it told me i couldnt post oo fast. . it must have been about a minute, possibly a minute and a half.

yes, i had this problem a couple a days ago... i went to edit my post and when i clicked submit it wouldnt let m because the spam-perventer came on....

its in the admin settings,its called flood control,u can set how long they have to wait b4 posting again.

yeh i know that, i help mod/admin another forum, (that's currentlyhavin server troubles) but i really would like it to be cut down to liek 30 secs... or maybe even 15. a minute is far too much imo!

The problem is the way the servers are set-up @ gamespy... for whatever reason the scripts run from a number of different hosts all with an other php installation with a slightly different system time .... probably that confuses the forums

figures it is gamespy.they maybe should throw you a bone or sumtin for all your troubles they caused

EDIT* i see what u mean,i posted here then in another topic,had to wait almost 5 minutes b4 posting again.

on the subject of forum weirdness, i just saw recently (recently being about a month ago+today) two posts that got switched in order.. but that's not so bad that at least is cool glitches.
