I cant find the MOHPA SDK. Can anyone give me a link for it?

i think its MDK, search for that,and i think it was in the emergency forums,i could be wrong.

I looked everywhere! incuding mod theatre and fileplanet and couldnt fing the map editor

does someone know where i can find it?
