scripting ladders

Ive seen many post about ladders here and on other forums but i cant seem to get them to work
when i use a lift peeps can get under map
i really would like to avoid this
besides ladders would add realism to the game
adding a lift seems more quake3 type thing
if anyone got a ladder to work plz help

ladders are easy, just put em up the same way you do triggers
[ setsize (blah) (more blah) ]
and about the lifts, either put killer triggers under the map or just clip it where they would jump.. or to be evil you could spawn a killtrigger when the lift goes up...
