Have you tried just putting ur bsp file in maps/dm.
Test it that way before you pack it up.

And for the folder order go to the Nemesis

.vis is only used by the compiler and does not need to be in your pk3. You should not need the .prt file for a deathmatch game either.

Does the pk3 work for you?

If not open it all up in pakscape and take a screen shot and post it here.

You don't have spaces in the name do you?

If the pk3 works for you and not them it must be missing something that its reading from ur pc and not theirs.
In other words ur pk3 works on ur pc cause the other files are there to read.

What do mac addresses have to do with it?

EDIT-OOooo LOL, mac.....lol

this pk3 works for u for sure? U don't still have the bsp and stuff in your main/maps/dm? No offense, just asking...
Macs need the min file, I believe, but u said u did one.
Then, what's ur map's name? Any characters a mac might not like?

mmm. all I can imagine is the capitals :?

u could try flakfest_final.pk3
Inside the pk3 (in maps/dm)
flakfest_final.bsp
flakfest_final.min
flakfest_final.scr
flakfest_final_precache.scr
