Re: how to play a map i created
use mbuilder (unpack in MOHAATools folder so you can always find it).
Set the game directory (...\MOHAA\), compiler dir (...\MOHAATools\) and map source dir (where u save your maps).
Next, set BSP Options to (without quotes) "-blocksize 0", VIS Options to "-fast" and LIGHT Options to "-final -bounce 0"
Don't forget to set some ambientlight and sunlight in your map, and an info_player_start
and you're good to go to hit that Build Map! button in mbuilder.
Next you end up with some files in your map source dir (a .bsp and .vis file and either a .lin or .prt file). You only need the .bsp file. The cleanest way to load your map in MOHAA is to use PakScape. (unpack this to MOHAATools\ as well). Open pakscape, make a new folder "maps". in maps\ make a new folder "dm" (or "obj" if your map is objective based). drag/paste the .bsp file you created with mbuilder to maps\dm in pakscape, and save as mymap.pk3 and put that .pk3 file in your MOHAA\main folder. your map should now show up in mohaa under deathmatch and team-deathmatch as your filename.bsp.
for all the other stuff regarding loading screens, scripting, custom textures etc simply do a google search ending with " site:map.moh-central.net" and you'll get a bunch of tutorials or forum entries. that's how i learned most of it!
good luck

don't use your main folder to store your .map files. make for example a mohaatools\maps\ folders. also can you post a screenshot of the entity info of your map's worldspawn in radiant. when you load your map, select your skybox and hit 'n'. this brings up the entity window.

Re: how to play a map i created
also notice how it says "unrecognized parameter: of" which is the "of" of your game dir path. it shouldnt be spelled out like that, instead the path should look something like this:
C:\PROGRA~2\EAGAME~1\MOHAA
so in your case try E:\GAMES\MADEL~1 for game dir and C:\PROGRA~2\EAGAME~1\MOHAAT~1\Maps for maps
C:\PROGRA~2\EAGAME~1\MOHAA
so in your case try E:\GAMES\MADEL~1 for game dir and C:\PROGRA~2\EAGAME~1\MOHAAT~1\Maps for maps

Re: how to play a map i created
1. try the other stuff too i think it's most likely a path problem. maybe try to change your "madel of honor" folder to "mohaa" so there are no spaces in the path name.
2. also select (shift+click)the skybox then hit N. you doesn't seem like you have anything selected. it should say key/value: classname/worldspawn . if you want some base light to boot enter ambientlight/40 40 40
3. is entdefs.pk3 in your main folder?
4. post ss of your preferences in mohradiant there could be something off (ill have to mirror it with mine)

Re: how to play a map i created
this is what it should look like

also i suggest you go through some of the tutorials e.g. /tutorials.php?category=Mappers because without the right settings you're going to run into all kinds of issues.
it's best if you make a skybox around the thing that you built. a skybox is where you build all of your stuff in. what you do is make a cube bigger than the size of your map, drag it in place to surround everything and hit the Hollow button (top left, it's the square with a dotted square inside of it, between CSG Substract and XYZ). this makes the big cube hollow consisting of 6 side-brushes.
if you type "utility" into the texture search box, you'll get some clips, nodraw, caulk, sky textures etc. now give these skybox brushes some sky texture..

Re: how to play a map i created
great! glad it helped
as for ladders, here's the tutorial
/t.php?id=39
basically what you do is make the ladder you want to climb, and then make a new brush with the transparant ladder texture (search "utility", it's pink and says ladder). make your ladder brush twice as thick as the ladder that you built, put it over the ladder itself and let it stick out a bit at the top. you let the thick side of the ladder brush stick out where you'd want to climb. now make this ladder brush func -> ladder , then bring up the entity window and hit one of the angle buttons to which direction you should hit "use" ingame (east, north west, south angle = 0, 90, 180, 270 respectively).
